-Raised on rotational grazed pastures. Our cows are never fed grain, and continually have new grass under their feet.

Grass-finished Beef by the 1/4.

$5.50/lb. Weight is done by hanging weight. (This means the beef has just been killed and is waiting to be butchered, bones and such are still present.) Our $/lb is adjusted based on market value.

You may ask to have brain, heart, liver and so forth but this is done on a first ask first serve policy.
